FMA were briefed to design an Apprenticeship Welcome Pack brochure for Tyne Coast College, aimed at welcoming and orienting new apprentices as they begin their work-based learning journey. The brochure serves as a vital onboarding tool, clearly explaining how apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with academic study, while also outlining key expectations, programme timelines, roles, responsibilities, and available support.

Designed to be both print-ready and digitally accessible, the brochure reflects the college’s values of professionalism, inclusivity, and learner-focused education. The final product is visually engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with Tyne Coast College’s brand identity - supporting apprentices to start their programmes informed, confident, and connected.
