The Rise is a joint venture housing development being delivered by Barratt Homes, Keepmoat and Newcastle City Council.
The Rise brand reflects the sloping contour of the site and it’s spectacular, elevated views over the River Tyne. FMA have applied the branding to a full suite of marketing collateral including sales literature, website, signage, advertising and outdoor - including 48 and 96 sheet v-boards. This 10 year project will ultimately deliver over 1,800 homes in a prestigious location on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne.
