Newcastle Building Society (NBS) is a 150-year-old financial institute whose purpose is to help people own their homes.
The brief: Write friendly, informative and simple copy to decipher complicated financial products new to the market, aimed at younger savers.
What we did: FMA wrote web, leaflet, direct email and concepts for the launch of the NBS Lifetime ISA. We tested different headlines and email communications to gauge success rates with current customers and created narratives for targeted campaigns with potential new customers between 18 and 39 years of age.
